More Chuck!

What do we want?
More Chuck!
When do we want it?
Sooner than March, but not Now!

Today, NBC ordered 6 more episodes of Chuck! That brings it's total episode count for Season 3 from 13 to 19. Hopefully this means it will come back sooner than March. I don't know if coming back early will help its ratings, but I am just such a big fan of the show and want to see new episodes!

There was talk earlier of Chuck coming back as soon as mid-October. Now that time has come and past, and I'm glad that it didn't return early. If we want Chuck to come back to improved ratings, it's got to have enough time to do a hard marketing push and get people - 0ld and new fans - to spread the word about when to tune in.

Also, moving it to another night with a different tv show pairing would help. It wasn't working with Heroes. The shows have very different feels and draw in different audiences. Although, the NBC schedule is so limited that I don't know what else it could be paired with. Ideally, I would want it to air on Tuesdays, since it's a pretty empty TV night for me - just So You Think You Can Dance. I think NBC should cut The Biggest Loser down to just one hour and have Chuck at 9pm on Tuesdays. 2 hours of The Biggest Loser is just...a lot.

What do you guys think?

Extended "Alice in Wonderland" Trailer

Alice in Wonderland - Extended Trailer

I'm so excited for this movie! The extended trailer doesn't add much to what was already shown, but it does serve to get me even more pumped for this movie.

Spider-Man 4 Villian Announced!

It sounds like Spider-Man 4 is learning from the mistakes of Spider-Man 3. SM3 suffered from too many villains and it didn't go into enough depth into any one of them, so we just didn't care about their stories or the drama between them and Spidey. Spider-Man 4 will have just one villain: The Lizard.I'm not too informed on Spidey lore, but the prospect of Sam Raimi returning to the formula that worked so well in the first two makes me hopeful.
