A-Team will kick your ass

The first picture from the new movie was just released and it makes me very excited for the movie. I've been a big fan of Bradley Cooper's ever since Alias and Wedding Crasher, and The Hangover just solidified his talents as a comedic actor. Now A-Team is his chance to mesh those comedic chops with action hero muscle!

I'm also interested to see Sharltro Copely in a different role after his great performance in District 9.

Glee Fandomonium

Last night's Glee was a great episode, featuring some very memorable moments like Sue and Will's swing dancing, The Thong Song, and the beginning and end of Rack (Rachel/Puck!). My favorite moments of the hour definitely belong to Puck's version of "Sweet Caroline". His solo just solidified to me that Finn's voice may be my least favorite of the guys. I loved Artie's verse in the "It's My Life/Confessions" mash-up, and now Puck's here. Check it out:



And the reveal that Emma CAN sing! and dance! I love her joy in her song "I Could Have Danced All Night":



More news that'll make Glee fans happy:

• A DVD of the first 13 episodes will be released on Dec. 29th. Too bad it's not before the holidays, would've been a great gift!
• Glee is on the cover of the new Entertainment Weekly! They also had a great photo shoot with them. It looks like they had so much fun!
• They'll be singing the National Anthem during the 3rd game of the World Series. This will probably be the only time I will ever actively watch a baseball game.
• The soundtrack is coming out on November 3! If everything goes my way, I'll have an advance copy by the end of the week and will be reviewing it here.
  
• Joss Whedon is going to be directing an episode towards the end of the season. My favorite TV show creator joining one of my favorite new shows? TV bliss!

Wow, I did not think this would be on TV. The production and star quality is just more than usual made-for-TV events. Leave it to AMC to raise the bar, yet again.
